Way to deal with stress

In the society today, stress has become a very serious problem in life. There are two types of stress, constructive stress and destructive stress. Constructive stress is a positive stress that is needed to motivate a person whereas destructive stress is a negative stress that leads a person to depression and eventually giving up himself/ herself. I strongly believe that best way to deal with stress is music. Listening to music helps to reduce stress because it can temporarily distract us from what we are doing. For example, one will feel more comfortable doing his/her homework while listening to music. Also, sing with the music can have relaxing effect on our mind. Singing can quickly shift our mood and relax our mind by regulating our breathing. Overall, music can calm a person down and has been widely used to treat illness.
